2025 | Term 4 | Recreational Runner Program Overview

The Recreational Runner program is tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their running form and overall fitness. Our coached sessions incorporate a variety of training elements, including speed work, tempo runs, hill training, and strength development. Participants receive a structured squad program designed to promote gradual progress, reduce the risk of injury, and sustain motivation.

Program Objectives:

  • Foster the development of young runners.
  • Support athletes in maintaining fitness for other competitive sports.
  • Inspire a broader appreciation for running as a lifelong activity.
