2024 | TERM 1 | Recreational Runner is designed for runners who want to improve their running form and fitness. The coached sessions are varied to include speed work, tempo, hills and strength. A squad program is provided to help the runner build wisely, to avoid injury and maintain motivation.
The Recreational Runner aims to develop the younger runner, athletes wanting to keep fit for other competing demands, and have more people enjoy their running.
